Anne Rambaud

Anne is an expert in strategy, finance and capital raising for impact organizations. With over 11 years of experience in consulting in finance and strategy, Anne worked in 4 different countries.

She first worked in international consulting firms as a Finance Consultant – M&A at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and then as a Manager at Deloitte in Strategy – M&A.

Over the last 6 years she has specialized in the impact sector. First as a fellow consultant for Agora partnerships advising social entrepreneurs in strategy and finance in the USA and LATAM; she has also been working as Managing Director at Kaya Impacto co-leading the activities (Latin America and Europe): creation of impact investment funds, implementation of Due Diligence, financial management and preparation of social entrepreneurs for fundraising and external CFO (strategic plan, financial models, pitches, valuation, due diligence and negotiation).

She has worked with organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank of Washington (IDB), Fos Feminista in the USA, the German Development Bank (GIZ), the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC), Danone Communities, Makesense Fund and Empow´her in France, and accelerators such as Impact Hub, EIT (funded by the European Commission) and impact funds such as Ayuda en Accion and Zubi in Spain.

Since January 2024 she founded Allies Advisory a consulting firm focusing on finance and strategy for Impact Organizations in Europe.

The name

We asked ourselves "Could we think of a word in those languages that would convey the support you provide to your clients, making them feel like they have a partner by their side?"

For History enthusiasts, the word "Allies" also embodies the unity and solidarity within the Alliance of the Western bloc between America and European countries. When we hear the word "Les Alliés", in French for instance, it is naturally associated with a sense of relief, courage, and support...

The logo

We attempted to incorporate nature representations with the branch along with the name "Allies" in blue ocean color to personify the Impact and Growth.

Depending on the language, everyone is free to read "Allies" in English or "Alliés" with the branch interpreted as the French accent, or "Allies" (pronounced "Alliés") in Spanish as it is also easy to pronounce in this language.
